Baby Honey is 15 weeks old. Fifteen weeks of my life has been spent feeding, clothing, schlepping this piece of sweetness around. It's been hard, but I'm not sending him back to the factory. He's a keeper. What's he up to? For posterity ...
• Can roll over from his tummy to his back.
• Can get his thumb in his mouth and suck, though he prefers chewing it.
• Still nursing great. Thank goodness.
• Slept from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. TWICE. That promptly ended when I told a few friends last night, thereby cursing myself back to our usual twice-nightly feedings.
• Belly laughs when I kiss him under the chin while on the changing table (why just there? I don't know ... maybe it's his favorite hat hanging on the pegs above that put him in a good mood).
• Still takes 40 minute naps a majority of the time. Tried letting him cry himself back to sleep yesterday, for another 30 minutes. Didn't work. Not ready (he or I). About every 5 days we have a 1-hour or monster-3-hour nap.
• No longer falling asleep in swing ... bummer for me.
• Starting to grab things and wack himself in the head with procured item.
• Cries when people he doesn't know gets in his face.
• Typically sleeps with one arm out of the swaddle (by his own maneuvering) and doing fine. I figure the sleep couldn't get any worse, so why correct it?
• Still hates his carseat.
Loves, loves, loves his mommy and then probably Miss A and Daddy second.
P.S. Just a word about the night time sleep. I secretly don't mind. I actually hopped up awake and happy the first time I heard a little noise. On the nights he slept through I was up anyway five times throughout the night to make sure he was okay. And I missed the quiet time I have holding his warm bundle close to me. Shhh, don't tell anyone ...

SO CUTE
I can't believe it has been 15 weeks, time goes way, way too fast. But when I look at Baby Honey, he's just not a baby any more. He is going to be one big, and I mean big boy. He will easily top 6 feet, and I feel much closer to 7 when full grown. He is a keeper, incredible development.
