Getting Creative

The kids have two days off school.  Three of the four are contagious with the vile HF&M (see previous post) so I'm getting creative with our time.  We're going to go to the craft store and spend way too much money on Halloween crafts.  Then we will come home and spend 30 minutes trying to assemble said crafts.  At which point one of three things will happen:

1) They get bored and drift off to the tv.
2) I'll get frustrated and tell them we'll finish it later and to go watch the tv.
3) Honey will sweep in and ruin all the work, then I will have to turn on a show for him and they will hear it and be drawn like bees to honey to the tv.

I'm thinking maybe I should just cut my losses and leave them where they are right now... in front of the tv.
