Update

It was a penny, we found out last night.  DH asked me if I'd like to scrapbook it.  I probably should have said yes, since it was such a pretty penny ... haha.  But it didn't look too appeasing as he held up in a wipe with a diaper to toss in the other hand.  Ewww.

Thanks for the comments!  It made me feel less dumb that we will be paying for an ER visit, when we could have been paying for surgery.

P.S.  I wonder if our crappy health insurance would accept an equally crappy form of payment ...
