Oh, Julia. I am sorry. I feel more sorry for Honey, but then, that's because I assume it hurts. Look at me so self-centered in my tick crisis I didn't even ask how things were. I promise: Tomorrow's phone call, I shall be better and less self-involved!

Oh Julia! I know exactly how you feel. Our oldest swallowed a penny when he was younger, same results. Surgery and 36 hours of lost sleep from this mom.
It could only be worse if it is as expensive for the plumbing as well.... But in other related news a friend in an old ward many years ago had a similar situation- but the coin never passed. It got lodged somewhere up high and after a few days they had to have it surgically removed.
