to write ...

In my mind I have plenty of great post ideas, but like stubborn children, they are hiding away in my imagination, refusing to come out.  Instead of continuing to wait for their appearance, I'm going to write just to write.  That's the way to get the muses flowing again, right?

Let's see.  What have I been up to?

* Daydreaming about Kitchen Nirvana while I clean my White Kitchen Purgatory ... no more white grout, no more baked on crud on the white stove, no more grout lines on the floor.

* Spending a lot of time on the ground with a baby that wants to sit and reach, but is still a bit tipsy, though he is improving.

*  Searching home organization tips and cleaning schedules.  I am an infant in the housekeeping department.  So much I can learn.  Yet, the desire has just now started to grow.  I've planted the seed.  Let's hope it blossoms (at least this is DH's hope).

* Laundry.  Always.  Doing.  Laundry.

* Tripping over my big kids.  Isn't Spring Break great?  We've played chess, started a puzzle, played lot of "cars", watched a few movies, and Miss A even got to go to Six Flags yesterday for a friend's birthday.  I've never, even on Christmas morning, seen her so overflowing with happiness (and fatigue) then when she came home.

* Planning our summer.  Lots of great family events coming up.  Births, our move, and something that I've waited my whole life for.  I can't say more than that.  But I can say that 2009 is shaping up to be one of the best years ever.

Tomorrow I will have a witty post that will thrill you all.  Promise.  (Pressure and deadlines always make those elusive words come out to play.

Oh, I can not wait until the day I no longer have white grout and white stove. You're a lucky girl!
